Camp St. Croix
On Thursday, September 22, Carondelet students in grades 4-8 co-celebrated the first all-school youth Mass for our archdiocesan Catholic grade schools, the Mass of the Holy Spirit. The Catholic Schools Center of Excellence (CSCOE) hosted the outdoor Mass and youth rally at CHS Field, the Saints' baseball stadium in downtown St. Paul. Archbishop Hebda and Bishop Cozzens officiated, celebrating Mass with over 12,000 Catholic grade school children and school leaders. A special thank you to CSCOE for organizing this special event!

Carondelet's Marathon Day of Service fundraiser kicked off this
month. Students have begun gathering pledges for various school-organized service projects
that we will complete as a school on October 7.
Pledge envelopes can be turned in with pledges on Tuesdays through October 7. Students who
earn pledges of $100 or more will earn this year's Marathon t-shirt, that can be worn on Fridays through October. This year's goal is to raise $78,000 and complete over 2,000 hours of community service. The
Marathon Day of Service and Family Fun Night will take place on Friday, October 7. For more

On Wednesday, September 28, Carondelet sixth graders will head to Camp St. Croix for
a 3-day team-building retreat. The program is designed to promote
and develop environmental awareness and responsibility through academic,
social, community, and outdoor education experiences. The camp, just south of
Hudson, Wisconsin, is an annual event for Carondelet 6th graders.
